INTRODUCTION

What is MENTAL HEALTH?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. It is a person's condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well- being.
What affects our MENTAL HEALTH?Factors:
We all go through difficult times, and it can be a healthy reaction to feel negative emotions when facing challenges in our lives. Life affects us all differently, but certain factors can affect our mental health and influence how we think and respond to challenges and opportunities in life. We all respond to our experiences differently – there's no single "right way" to react. Being aware of how challenges in life can affect our mental health may make it easier to understand when we, or someone we care about, are struggling.- Up bringing environment. - Life experiences. Stress and Overthinking. -Thinking Negatively.
